Inspection before quotationWe do not quote blind. A technician looks at the property, identifies the pest and its entry points, and prices the actual work.
Written, fixed quotationsYou receive a written quote before any work begins. The price on the quote is the price on the invoice.
We treat the sourceSpraying what you can see is not enough. We locate nests, colonies and entry points, and treat where the pest actually lives.
Methods explained in plain languageBefore we treat, we tell you what we will use, where, and what you need to do — for children, pets and food areas.
Follow-up includedEvery treatment includes a follow-up check. If the problem persists within the service period, we come back.
Based in Ja-Ela, serving all of Sri LankaScheduled routes run across the island, with fast response across the Western Province and project work for commercial clients anywhere.

How it works

How a treatment works

Four steps from your first call to the follow-up visit.

The treatment journey →
01
Survey
A technician visits, identifies the pest and finds where it lives and how it gets in. You get a written quotation based on what we actually found, not a guess over the phone.
02
Plan
We agree the treatment, the date and what you need to do beforehand — clearing kitchen benches, arranging pet care, or scheduling around business hours. Everything is confirmed in writing.
03
Treatment
The treatment is carried out as planned. Before leaving, the technician explains what was used, where, and any precautions — re-entry times, cleaning guidance and what to expect over the coming days.
04
Follow-up
Every treatment includes a follow-up check. If activity persists within the service period, we come back. You also get practical advice on keeping the problem from returning.

Testimonials

What customers say

Recent feedback from homeowners and business customers.

The technician found the termite trail in the garden before touching the house, treated the nest, and showed me the mud tubes to watch. Eight months on, the monitors are still clear.
Nimal P.Homeowner, Nugegoda
They moved our kitchen from monthly spraying to a baiting programme and the difference showed within a fortnight. The service reports after each visit are exactly what our auditor asks for.
Fathima R.Restaurant manager, Colombo 5
Two visits for the bed bugs, fourteen days apart, exactly as they said on the phone. The preparation checklist made the whole thing straightforward.
