Lahiru Pest Management (Pvt) Ltd, "Lahiru", "we" — collects and holds only the information needed to quote, treat, deliver and look after customers. This page describes what we collect, why, and what we never do.
What we collect
Contact details you give us for a quote, an application, a newsletter sign-up or an order: name, mobile number, email address and delivery or service address.
Details you give us about your property and the pest problem, so a technician can plan and prepare before visiting.
For job applications: your CV and answers to role questions, held only for the role you applied for.
What we never do
We do not sell, rent or trade your details to anyone.
We do not store your payment card number. Online payments, when available, are handled by a licensed payment provider on their own systems.
We never share the contents of a CV or a service history outside the team that needs it.
How we store it
Orders, quotes and applications are stored on a protected database. Staff read customer and order records only on a need-to-know basis and under the law.
Text message codes for phone verification are stored only as a scrambled value that cannot be read back, and expire within minutes.
Your rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to the email address at the bottom of this page and we will respond within fourteen days.
