Systematic inspection and two-visit treatment for bed bugs in homes, hostels and hotels.
Bed bugs hide in mattress seams, bed frames, skirting boards and furniture joints, and they spread between rooms along pipes and wiring. Spraying the mattress alone misses most of them. Our inspection covers the whole room — beds, bedside furniture, curtains, picture frames and socket plates — to find every harbourage.
Treatment is a careful, room-by-room application of residual insecticide to seams, cracks and voids, combined with steam or heat treatment of mattresses and soft furnishings where appropriate. We ask you to hot-wash bedding and clothing before the visit, and we explain exactly how to prepare each room.
Bed bug eggs hatch over roughly two weeks, so a single visit cannot finish the job. Every bed bug treatment is priced as two visits, scheduled about 14 days apart, with the second visit targeting newly hatched nymphs before they can breed.

What to expect
Bedding and washable clothing should be hot-washed and sun-dried before the first visit. Rooms must stay vacant until treated surfaces are dry, usually two to three hours.
Common questions
Why do I need two treatments?
Bed bug eggs survive the first treatment and hatch over about two weeks. The second visit, roughly 14 days later, kills the new nymphs before they mature and lay eggs of their own.
Do I have to throw away my mattress?
Usually not. A mattress can be treated and then sealed in a bed-bug-proof encasement. We only recommend disposal when an infestation is severe and the mattress is already worn out.
How did bed bugs get into my home?
Almost always they travel in: luggage after a trip, second-hand furniture, or visitors' bags. They are not a sign of poor hygiene. After treatment we show you how to check luggage and furniture so they do not return.
