Quotes and inspections

A written quote is valid for thirty days from its date. Prices are in Sri Lankan rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated.

An inspection visit is free for standard enquiries within our service areas; travel beyond scheduled routes may carry a charge confirmed before the visit.

Treatments

We treat properties according to the plan agreed before the visit. Follow the preparation list we send before treatment, and keep children, pets and food away from treated areas until surfaces are dry and the area is aired.

Our treatments carry a service guarantee as stated on your quote; report a concern within seven days of the visit and we will return and re-treat free of charge.

Orders and payment

An order is placed when the checkout is confirmed and the order number is issued. Payment methods shown at checkout — cash on delivery, bank transfer, or card where offered.

Products are for personal and professional pest-control use. The safety data sheet for every product we ship is available on request and with the parcel.

Liability

We take reasonable care in treatment and delivery. Our liability for any single claim is limited to the value of the service or order concerned.
